Yes. Add or remove balms from the subscription portal before your next box. Face Balm, Face Balm Lite, Hand Balm, Sleep Balm and Lip Balm are all in.

No. The Face Balm is the caffeinated one, 1% by weight. The Lip Balm is beeswax, cocoa butter, shea butter and 0.3% menthol. It cools. It does not wake you up.
A caffeinated face balm. 1% caffeine by weight in a shea butter and sweet almond oil base. There's also a lip balm, a hand balm and a lavender sleep balm.
A 2 oz jar of Face Balm is 1% caffeine by weight. That's about 567 mg in the jar. A full-face application is 1–2 g of balm, so 10–20 mg of caffeine per use.

Face Balm is dermatologist-tested and pH-balanced (5.0–5.5). Lip Balm is dermatologist-tested and pH-neutral. Patch test first anyway.
