Refund Policy
Eligibility
- Applies only to single-unit purchases of Buff Balm Face Balm (not bundles, multi-packs or subscription purchases).
- Request must be made within 10 days of delivery.
- Container must be returned (opened/used is okay). This is required to prevent fraudulent claims, confirm your order, and to ensure proper recycling.
- Refund covers product cost only, including taxes.
- One refund per customer/household.
- If not eligible for a return or not able/willing to return the physical container, scroll down to CREDIT REQUEST.
How to Start
Step 1.) Email [contact@buffbalmcream.com] with:
Subject: Refund Request – Order #[12345]
Body: Full name, order number, and reason for refund.
Step 2.) We’ll reply with an RMA #
Packing & Shipping
Step 3.) Tighten the lid and place the container in a sealed bag.
Step 4.) Put the bag in a small box with padding. (You can use the original box, just be sure to covor the existing label, or black it out completely).
Step 5.) Include your name, order #, and RMA # inside.
Step 6.) Write RMA # clearly on the box.

Inspection & Refund
Step 8.) Once tracking shows Delivered, allow 2–3 business days for check-in.
Step 9.) We refund the product cost (plus applicable tax) to the original payment method. Banks may take 3–10 days to post. In addition to the refunded product cost, we will also compensate you for your time and experience with over $50 in store credit to Buff Balm and other affiliated brands.
Other Notes
- Returns from multi-unit or bundle orders are not eligible.
- Exchanges not available.
- Refunds/Returns are processed every Sunday

Subscriptions:
- All purchases made via subscription are final and non-refundable. To cancel or pause your subscription, sign into the customer portal found on the home page and/or the menu of the website.
